A 30-day limited warranty and unlimited complimentary email technical support are provided with your JC WAVE products purchase. Should you experience a problem and JC WAVE Technical Support determines there is a hardware defect, JC WAVE will repair or replace your Black Box at no charge. Please read complete warranty for details.

To return an item to JC WAVE, follow our two step process:

1. |
Your Return Authorization Code. Email to support@jcwave.com and you will be given a Return Authorization Code and address to mail your return. Write this code at the bottom of your original invoice.

2. |
Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material and mail to the address provided.
|
|
3. |
Check your e-mail and/or log into your myJCWAVE account. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
